Digital Delivery Policy
All software and digital products are delivered electronically via email.
As soon as payment is successfully processed, our system will automatically send the order confirmation email containing:
- The Product Key or license for activating the software.
- The download link for the software, compatible with the operating system you selected during checkout.
The status of your order can be tracked in your user account dashboard, which will indicate payment and delivery status.
Please ensure you check your spam or junk folder, as the delivery email may occasionally be filtered there.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout to receive your digital product.
Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned unless defective or unusable, in accordance with our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
