Returns

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return if you’re not satisfied with your digital product.
To qualify for a return, the license key must remain unused, unactivated, and not linked to any account.

To start a return request, please contact our support team with:

  • The reason for your return
    Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used during your purchase.
If that method is no longer available, we can arrange an alternative payout such as a bank transfer.

Please note:
Processing fees charged by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.

Replacements

If you’re experiencing any technical issues but wish to continue using the product, we can offer a replacement license key instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are usually processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
