How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

How long do I have to return an order?
Because our products are digital license keys, they become permanently activated once delivered. For this reason, we cannot accept traditional returns.
However, if you experience any issue with activation, wrong product, or an invalid key, contact our support within 24–48 hours, and we will either fix the issue or provide a replacement according to our guarantee.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Yes. Since all our products are digital licenses, the “shipment” is electronic, so the recipient can be in any country regardless of where the purchase was made. Delivery is instant via email, and the license will work as long as the software supports the recipient’s region.
How can I return an item?
Because we sell digital licenses, all sales are generally final. Returns are only possible in cases where a license is defective, not working, or not as described.
If you encounter such an issue, contact our support team with your order details. We will verify the problem and provide either a replacement license or a refund, depending on the situation.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
